Why are admin settings not accessible after upgrading the search head cluster environment to 6.4.1?

Hidden admin settings are not accessible after upgrading the search head cluster environment to 6.4.1. As a admin user, I am not seeing admin related settings (Server Settings, Servers Controls, Licensing, Indexer clustering, Forwarder management, Distributed search) when I click on "Show All Settings". It's still loading same objects that are available for all users. Is anyone having same issue after upgrade? Thanks, sru
